Impact of Nurse Leader Rounds
The best possible inpatient experience is a priority for many hospitals in today's model of healthcare delivery. Achieving and sustaining measurable success is a key challenge. Nurse leader rounds (NLR) has been revealed to be an effective improvement strategy in-some hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyse the impact of implementing daily NLR on patient satisfaction (PS) scores in two post-surgical units Mount Sinai Beth Israel hospital in New York.

Implementation of NYC Care Act
The electronic dash board developed to monitor CARE Act requirement provides real time and ongoing monitoring of compliance with defined metrics. The real time data allows further analysis in identifying areas that need improvement allowing nursing leadership to develop an associated action plan.
